Manager and assistant manager– Home Loans About the Role Drive home loan business growth in your assigned territory by sourcing, processing, and disbursing housing loans while ensuring quality portfolio and customer experience. Key Responsibilities - Business Sourcing: Generate leads through open market, Calling and team members - Customer Acquisition: Meet customers, understand loan requirements, explain products, ROI, charges, and eligibility - File Processing: Collect KYC, income docs, property papers. Complete login and ensure smooth sanction process with credit team - Disbursement & TAT: Coordinate with legal, technical, ops teams to ensure quick disbursal. Track TAT and resolve queries - Cross-sell: Pitch insurance, LAP, balance transfer, and other BHFL products to existing customers - Collections Support: Follow up for EMI in initial months to maintain portfolio quality. Zero x-bucket focus - Compliance: Ensure adherence to RBI guidelines, KYC/AML norms, and company policies Requirements - Education: Graduate, MBA/PGDM preferred - Experience:



1-5 years in mortgage sales with HFC/Bank/NBFC. Fresher with strong sales aptitude considered - Skills: Robust communication, negotiation, relationship building. Target-oriented mindset - Other: Should own 2-wheeler. Local market knowledge preferred - Location: Subhash nagar Requirements - Education: Graduation/MBA/ Inter preferred.
