Key Responsibilities

- Understand customer requirements through discussions, site visits, RFQs/RFPs/RFIs.

- Design customized logistics solutions, including:

- Warehouse layouts

- Manpower planning

- Productivity analysis

- Process flow design

- Cost modeling

- Prepare techno-commercial proposals with:

- P&L;

- Pricing

- SLAs

- Operational models

- Acquire and onboard new customers.

- Coordinate with sales, operations, transport, and IT teams.

- Build accurate cost models to ensure profitability and competitiveness.

- Manage bids and tenders end-to-end (analysis, solution design, submission, negotiation).

- Lead project implementation, handover, and go-live.

- Conduct market and competitor analysis.

- Focus on warehousing, transportation, and in-house logistics services.

Educational Qualification

Preferred qualifications include





- Master's in Supply Chain Management

- Industrial Engineering

- MBA (Marketing/International Business)

Experience

- 10–15 years of relevant experience.

- Robust understanding of contract logistics and supply chain operations.
