- Understand and interpret interior design drawings, including layout plans, furniture layouts, ceiling plans, flooring plans, and detailed working drawings.
- Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, and other vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Monitor project progress and report updates, issues, and delays to the Senior Interior Designer or Project Manager.
- Ensure materials delivered to the site match project specifications and are used appropriately.
- Assist in planning work schedules and coordinating different trades to meet project timelines.
- Identify and resolve in office execution issues by coordinating with the design and construction teams.
- Perform regular site inspections to maintain quality, safety, and workmanship standards.
- Prepare site reports, progress updates, and documentation as required.
- Coordinate with clients and consultants during site visits and communicate project updates professionally.
- Ensure all interior finishing work is completed as per design intent, budget, and project deadlines.
