Role & Responsibilities

- Assist in end-to-end recruitment coordination—scheduling interviews, maintaining candidate databases, and supporting onboarding documentation.
- Support HR operations by maintaining employee records, updating HRMS, and managing leave/attendance tracking in alignment with policies.
- Help organize and coordinate employee engagement events, internal communications, and wellness initiatives across on-site locations.
- Participate in policy implementation—drafting memos, collecting feedback, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations ( Shops & Establishments, PF, ESI, etc.).
- Collaborate with department heads to collect performance data, prepare reports, and support mid-year/year-end review cycles.




- Shadow HR leads in grievance handling, exit interviews, and basic HR analytics to build foundational exposure across HR verticals.

Skills & Qualifications

- Must-Have
- HRMS (e.g., Zoho People, SAP SuccessFactors, Keka, or similar)
- Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, vlookups, data entry)
- Recruitment coordination tools (e.g., Google Forms, Zoom,ATS platforms)
- Knowledge of Indian labor laws (Shops Act, PF, ESI, Bonus Act)
- Basic HR analytics & reporting
- Communication & documentation (internal memos, SOPs)
- Preferred
- Experience with employee engagement platforms (e.g., Engage, Culture Amp)
- Familiarity with payroll processing workflows
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, CIPD, or NISM HR)
