Job Summary:

Assistant General Manager (AGM) – Operations & Administration

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee the overall operations of 4 ongoing projects across Chennai and Bangalore.

* Manage and coordinate all site staff, engineers, supervisors, administrative personnel, and labour teams.

* Monitor project progress, manpower deployment, attendance, productivity, and daily site activities.

* Ensure smooth coordination between project sites, head office, clients, vendors, and contractors.

* Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports to the Managing Director (MD).

* Report project status, workforce updates, operational issues, and key performance indicators directly to the MD.

* Supervise HR, administration, recruitment, labour management, payroll coordination, and statutory compliance.

* Review project documentation,



approvals, material requirements, and operational reports.

* Support strategic planning, decision-making, and execution to ensure timely project completion.

* Resolve operational challenges and maintain high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency across all projects.

* Lead cross-functional teams and ensure effective communication between all departments.

* Drive continuous process improvements and ensure company policies are implemented across all project locations.

Accommodation Provided

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
