Minimum Qualification

- Post Graduate Programme in Project Engineering and Management (PGP PEM)

- Plan and manage capital expenditure projects for new machines, tools, and manufacturing infrastructure.

- Prepare CAPEX proposals including technical specifications, cost estimates, and ROI justification.

- Coordinate with engineering, production, finance, and procurement teams for CAPEX approval and budgeting.

- Evaluate suppliers and equipment based on technical capability, cost, and long-term operational benefits.

- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and ensure proper execution of approved CAPEX projects.

- Oversee installation, commissioning, and qualification of current equipment and production lines.





- Ensure all capital investments align with business growth, capacity expansion, and technology upgrades.

- Track asset utilization and ensure optimal performance of newly installed equipment.

- Maintain CAPEX documentation, approvals, and compliance with company financial policies.

- Support continuous improvement and automation initiatives through strategic capital investments.
