Job Profile :

Lead the organization's digital transformation agenda by driving implementation, integration, optimization, and adoption of enterprise applications and strong exposure of Sales Force Automation (SFA), Distributor Management System (DMS), Warehouse Management System (WMS), call centers systems for FMCG hosted on Hybrid (On-Prem / SaaS applications / Clouds like AWS, Azure and Oracle).

The role will act as a bridge between business and technology to ensure digital solutions deliver measurable business outcomes, operational efficiency, data visibility, process standardization, and improved user experience.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead Digital / Sales and Distribution IT Apps (Strongly Preferred : Work experience in FMCG / CPG / Retail).
- Work with business functions (S&D;) to understand and define their business requirements.
- Lead end-to-end management of SFA / DMS platforms and other related sales applications (Field Team, WDs, Retailer, C&F;).
- Improve sales productivity, outlet coverage, distributor performance, assortment visibility, and reporting capabilities.
- Ensure system adoption among field sales teams and distributors.
- Understand the process frameworks, coordinate and manage on-site resources to follow the processes and meet project objectives; ensure process adherence and quality of documents from the delivery teams.
- Project management across applications.
- Should have clear understanding of Application integration technologies and implementation.
- Will own all integrations between applications as well and ensure no unplanned downtime architecture.




- Work with 3rd party Vendors and users, to implement and configure the solutions.
- Establish governance mechanisms for digital projects and technology investments.
- Develop and execute the organization's digital roadmap aligned with business objectives.
- Identify opportunities for automation, process improvement, and business transformation.
- Drive enterprise-wide digital initiatives across Sales, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, HR, Finance, and Distribution.
- Work with sales leadership to optimize route planning, coverage, productivity, and trade execution.
- Manage large-scale transformation projects from concept to go-live.
- Lead enhancement projects, upgrades, new module rollouts, and process improvements.
- Ensure data integrity and process compliance across Sales IT ecosystems.

Program & Project Management :

- Establish project governance, IT budget management, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication.
- Ensure projects are delivered within scope, timelines, and budgets.
- Lead cross-functional teams, implementation partners, and vendors.
- Good Technical knowledge and understanding of AI & ML.
- Should demonstrate deep business process understanding.





Skill and Competencies :

- Well rounded and broad IT knowledge; great ability to understand the different components of an IT business solution.
- Functional level understanding of ERP and ensure seamless integration with sales systems.
- Ability to build effective working relationships, influence at all levels and communicate effectively to different levels of management throughout the business.
- Ability to plan and coordinate with the stakeholders on implementation phases of software systems.
- Very good communication, analytical, good interpersonal effectiveness.
- Valuable working knowledge of SDLC phases and project management processes.
- Must have strong knowledge of Multi Cloud environment and latest technologies.
- Excellent written, analytical, oral and interpersonal skills focused on motivation and positive attitude.

Vendor & Stakeholder Management :

- Manage application vendors, system integrators, and technology partners.
- Negotiate contracts, SLAs, and support agreements.
- Liaise with senior leadership to prioritize digital initiatives and investments.

Qualifications & Experiences :

- BE (computers) / M.Tech / MCA (computers).
- 15 Years of Experience.
- MBA - an added advantage.
- Minimum 5 years working experience as vertical lead position (IT projects / application management experience (multiple applications) and should have strong experience working in an agile environment).

Preferred Certifications :

- ITIL, PMP, Scrum, Agile.
