Team Leader / Assistant General Manager (AGM) – Real Estate Sales

Job Location

Kharadi, Pune, Maharashtra

Experience

- 4–8 years of experience in B2C Sales, preferably in Real Estate.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in team handling or sales leadership is preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Educational Qualification
- Any Graduate
- MBA preferred

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Sales Managers to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Handle company-generated leads and support the team in converting prospects into successful sales.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and develop team members to improve productivity and performance.
- Guide clients in selecting suitable residential and commercial properties based on their requirements.
- Conduct client meetings, property presentations, negotiations, and site visits.
- Monitor team performance, conduct regular reviews,



and provide coaching to improve results.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with builders, channel partners, and internal departments to ensure smooth deal closures.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and new real estate projects.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.

Mandatory Hiring CriteriaFor Assistant General Manager (AGM)
- Candidates selected for the AGM role must bring and build a team of 2–3 experienced Sales Managers/Executives who will work under their leadership.
- The AGM will be responsible for the team's performance, productivity, and target achievement.

For Team Leader
- Prior experience in leading a sales team is preferred.
- Ability to mentor and drive team performance is essential.

- Professional attitude with strong customer relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently and lead a high-performing sales team.




- Must own a two-wheeler and be willing to travel for client meetings and site visits.
- Working knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.

Working Days
- Working Days: Tuesday to Sunday
- Weekly Off: Monday

- Candidates with an existing network of sales professionals who can join their team will have an added advantage.
- Bike/two-wheeler is mandatory.
