Job Title: Event Manager Location: RK Farm

Job Summary: RK Farm is looking for a responsible, organized, and customer-focused Farm & Event Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our wedding and event venue. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth execution of weddings, birthday parties, and other events while managing staff, vendors, and venue maintenance.

Key Responsibilities - Manage the daily operations of RK Farm.

- Coordinate and supervise weddings, birthday parties, and other events.
- Handle customer inquiries, bookings, and event planning.
- Manage and supervise housekeeping, security, and maintenance staff.
- Coordinate with decorators, caterers, DJs, photographers, and other vendors.
- Ensure the venue is clean, well-maintained, and event-ready.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Maintain event schedules, inventory, and basic records.




- Ensure safety and security standards are followed during events.

Requirements - Bachelor's degree preferred.

- 1–5 years of experience in event management, hospitality, or venue management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Good organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work on weekends and holidays when events are scheduled. .
