Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain all active modules of Farvision ERP (e.g., Finance, Purchase, Inventory, CRM, Projects, Engineering, etc.)

- Act as the primary point of contact between end-users and technical support teams

- Monitor and resolve ERP issues, bugs, and user tickets promptly

- Coordinate with internal departments to gather requirements and implement module enhancements

- Provide training and support to ERP users across departments

- Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and consistency across modules

- Generate reports and dashboards as per business needs

- Maintain user roles, permissions, and access control

- Work with vendors and developers for upgrades and integrations

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelors Degree in IT, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field

- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Farvision ERP (preferably in real estate sector)

- Robust understanding of business processes in construction/real estate

- Knowledge of SQL and ERP database structures is an advantage

- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project coordination skills
