We are looking for an Immediate Joiner for the role of Team Lead – Customer Service to join our growing team.

Joining: Immediate Joiners Only The role is for a Team Lead – Customer Service, responsible for leading customer service associates and ensuring a smooth, efficient, and customer-focused order-to-cash experience. The role supports the manager in handling enquiries, order processing, inventory allocation, documentation, invoicing, query resolution, stakeholder coordination, performance reporting, process improvement, compliance, and team development. It requires solid customer service, people management, analytical, communication, ERP/process knowledge, and a continuous improvement mindset.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the Customer Service team to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Handle order management, customer queries, and end-to-end issue resolution.





Monitor team performance, KPIs, SLAs, and prepare performance reports.

Drive process improvements, customer experience initiatives, and operational excellence.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Logistics, Finance, and Planning.

Coach, mentor, and develop team members while ensuring process compliance and stakeholder satisfaction.

Eligibility

5+ years of experience with 2–3 years in a Team Lead/People Management role.

Experience in Customer Service, Shared Services, or BPO operations.

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

ERP exposure and process improvement experience will be an added advantage.
