Role Overview

We are seeking a agile Assistant Commercial Manager with a Mechanical Engineering background to support our contracting operations. The role involves managing commercial aspects of projects, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, and optimizing project profitability.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in preparing, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, subcontracts, and supplier agreements.

- Support project teams in cost estimation, budgeting, and forecasting.

- Monitor project expenditures, cash flow, and profitability.

- Prepare and validate Bills of Quantities (BOQ), invoices, and payment certificates.

- Conduct risk analysis and advise on mitigation strategies.

- Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to resolve commercial issues.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and legal requirements.





- Provide analytical support for tendering and bidding processes.

- Maintain accurate records of project costs, variations, and claims.

Candidate Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory).

- Minimum 3 years of experience in contracting/commercial management, preferably in mechanical or infrastructure projects.

- Strong knowledge of contract law, project costing, and procurement practices.

- Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, and project management tools.

- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
