Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage accounts receivable, credit management, and collections processes to ensure timely payment from customers.

- Analyze customer data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the collection process.

- Develop and implement strategies to reduce delinquencies and improve cash flow.

- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and negotiate settlements.

Job Requirements :

- 2-8 years of experience in Assistant Collections Manager role or similar position.

- Solid knowledge of Accounts Receivable, Credit Management, and Collections principles.

- Proficiency in MS Office applications (e.g., Excel) for data analysis and reporting purposes.
