We are looking for an Assistant Buyer with experience in procurement within the EPC industry to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Assist in procurement planning and scheduling
✔ Handle tendering, vendor negotiations, and purchase order processing
✔ Evaluate supplier proposals and finalise purchase contracts
✔ Coordinate with stores, warehouses, finance, and internal departments
✔ Monitor material deliveries, documentation, and vendor payments
✔ Support vendor development and procurement process improvements
Requirements:
✅ Graduate in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
✅ Additional certification in Materials Management preferred
✅ Minimum 3 years of procurement experience in an EPC company
✅ Knowledge of engineering materials, tendering, vendor evaluation, and purchase processes
✅ Solid negotiation, communication, and documentation skills
