Job Responsibilities

- Lead and manage a team of Financial Product Distributors (FPDs) to achieve sales targets.
- Recruit, train, coach, and motivate the team to drive business growth.
- Acquire new customers, generate referrals, and provide suitable financial solutions.
- Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of business goals.
- Plan local marketing activities and identify recent business opportunities.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 3–6 years of experience in the Life / Health Insurance Agency Channel.
- Mandatory experience in Agency Sales and Team Handling.
- Strong communication, leadership, and people management skills.
- Maximum age: 33 years.
