We're Hiring | Asset Management & IT/OT Security Specialist

Location: India

Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM JST

Duration: 24 Months (full time)

Key Responsibilities

Manage the Asset Inventory System, including adding, removing, and maintaining asset records.

Ensure all required asset inventory data is complete and accurate.

Develop a system for quick and efficient asset data retrieval.

Review and improve inventory management processes based on lessons learned.

Maintain and regularly update the criticality levels of IT and OT assets.

Ensure asset data supports confidentiality, integrity, and availability requirements.

Keep asset criticality and data classification information audit-ready.

Coordinate with shopfloor SPOCs for asset-related activities.

Support Backup & Recovery process documentation.

Periodically review and update asset access permissions.

Provide team leadership and coordinate asset management activities.

Ensure 95%+ SLA compliance for process identification, verification, and documentation updates.





Drive problem management and continuous process improvement initiatives.

Preferred Certifications

ISA/IEC 62443 Cybersecurity Certification

ISO 27001 Lead Auditor

CISSP / SSCP

CISM

CISA

Equivalent cybersecurity certifications

Experience Required

5+ years in IT Infrastructure Management

3–5 years in IT/OT Security Management
