Role Overview: We are looking for a highly skilled Assembly Fitter with a strong mechanical background to join our production team in Hosur. In this role, you will be responsible for precisely assembling hydraulic components such as pumps, cylinders, and valves. Since hydraulic systems operate under high pressure, the ideal candidate must have a keen eye for detail, proper understanding of torque requirements, and experience with seals and O-rings.

Key Responsibilities: Read and understand mechanical blueprints, hydraulic schematics, and assembly diagrams. Assemble hydraulic pumps, motors, cylinders, and valves according to strict engineering standards. Carefully fit precision components, including bearings, seals, gaskets, and O-rings, ensuring zero-defect and leak-proof assemblies.





Use precision measuring instruments (e.g., Vernier calipers, micrometers, dial gauges) to check tolerances and alignments. Operate hand tools, pneumatic tools, and torque wrenches to tighten bolts and fittings to specified torque levels. Perform basic pressure and leak testing on assembled hydraulic units.

Maintain a 5S compliant, dust-free, and safe workspace, which is critical for hydraulic assembly.

Qualifications &

Skills: Education: ITI in Fitter Trade or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.

Experience: 1 to 4 years of experience in mechanical assembly (Experience in Hydraulics, Engine, or Heavy Machinery assembly is highly preferred).

Technical Skills: Good knowledge of precision measuring tools and understanding of hydraulic symbols/drawings.

Attributes: Detail-oriented, quality-conscious, and physically fit to handle metal components.
