Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Senior .NET Backend Engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and highly available backend services. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in .NET microservices, Clean Architecture, CQRS, Domain-Driven Design (DDD), Azure services, distributed systems, and database technologies.

The role involves owning service boundaries and API contracts while collaborating closely with frontend, mobile, product, and platform engineering teams in a modern microservices environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, test, and maintain .NET-based microservices using Clean Architecture, CQRS, and Domain-Driven Design (DDD) principles.
- Define and own service boundaries, API contracts, and integration patterns using REST and/or gRPC.
- Develop backend services that integrate seamlessly with Next.js web applications and React Native mobile clients.
- Implement robust multi-tenant data isolation strategies, including:
- Row-Level Security
- Schema-per-Tenant
- Silo-based models
- Work with SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and Azure Cosmos DB to design scalable and efficient data solutions.
- Integrate backend services with Snowflake for analytical workloads, including efficient data pipelines and read-optimized query patterns.
- Design and implement event-driven architectures using Azure Service Bus, Event Grid, and Azure Event Hubs.
- Build highly available and fault-tolerant services using circuit breakers, retries, bulkheads, health checks, and other resilience patterns.
- Leverage Azure-native capabilities to ensure application reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency.
- Implement application security using OAuth 2.0, role-based access control (RBAC), and secure authentication and authorization mechanisms.
- Ensure data encryption at rest and in transit and follow enterprise security best practices.




- Implement comprehensive observability through structured logging, distributed tracing using OpenTelemetry, and Azure Application Insights.
- Build and maintain dashboards and monitoring solutions to proactively identify application and infrastructure issues.
- Collaborate with frontend engineers, mobile developers, product managers, architects, and platform teams.
- Work effectively within a monorepo and microservices-based engineering environment.
- Participate in architecture and design reviews, technical discussions, and engineering standardization initiatives.
- Conduct code reviews and contribute to coding standards, development best practices, and continuous improvement.

Required Technical Skills:

- Strong hands-on experience with C# and .NET / .NET Core.
- Extensive experience designing and developing microservices-based architectures.
- Strong understanding of Clean Architecture, CQRS, and Domain-Driven Design (DDD).
- Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs and/or gRPC services.
- Strong experience with SQL Server and PostgreSQL.
- Hands-on experience with Azure Cosmos DB.
- Experience implementing multi-tenant application architectures and data isolation strategies.
- Strong knowledge of Azure Service Bus, Event Grid, and/or Event Hubs.
- Experience with Snowflake integration and analytical data workloads.
- Solid understanding of distributed systems and high-availability/fault-tolerant architecture.
- Experience implementing resilience patterns such as circuit breakers, retries, bulkheads, and health checks.
- Strong understanding of OAuth 2.0, RBAC, authentication, authorization, and data security.
- Experience with OpenTelemetry, distributed tracing, structured logging, and Azure Application Insights.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum and modern DevOps environments.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
