Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced SharePoint Lead to design, develop, and lead contemporary Microsoft 365 and SharePoint solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in SharePoint Framework (SPFx), React JS, Microsoft Graph, Azure, Power Platform, and PowerShell, along with the ability to drive solution architecture, governance, security, and best practices.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design and development of modern SharePoint solutions using SPFx and React JS.
- Develop and integrate applications using Microsoft Graph API and REST APIs.
- Design, develop, and manage Azure Functions and applications integrated with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
- Design and implement solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, ensuring appropriate governance, security, and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) practices.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell across Microsoft 365 services, including M365, SharePoint, PnP, Teams, and Exchange.
- Work with .NET, SQL, and legacy jQuery technologies where required to support existing applications and integrations.
- Implement and optimize modern SharePoint capabilities, including Modern Search and other Microsoft 365 features.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, development teams, architects,



and IT teams to understand requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
- Ensure solutions meet required standards for performance, security, scalability, maintainability, and reliability.
- Provide technical leadership, conduct code/design reviews, troubleshoot complex issues, and mentor team members.
- Stay updated with the latest Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Azure, and Power Platform capabilities and recommend improvements where applicable.

Required Technical Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience with SharePoint Online and SharePoint Framework (SPFx).
- Proficiency in React JS, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Graph API and REST APIs.
- Experience with Azure Functions and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
- Hands-on experience with Power Platform, including governance and ALM.
- Strong scripting experience with PowerShell, particularly for Microsoft 365, PnP, Teams, and Exchange.
- Working knowledge of .NET and SQL.
- Experience with jQuery/legacy SharePoint applications is desirable.
- Knowledge of SharePoint Modern Search and modern SharePoint architecture.
- Strong understanding of security, authentication, authorization, and Microsoft 365 best practices.
