Job Summary :

We are looking for a Business Analyst to work closely with an Agentic AI engineering team delivering intelligent, workflow-driven AI solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in requirement gathering, business process analysis, use case definition, and stakeholder management, with the ability to bridge business needs and technical implementation in AI-led initiatives.

This role requires a candidate who can work effectively with product owners, AI engineers, architects, data teams, and business stakeholders to shape requirements for agentic workflows, LLM-powered use cases, knowledge assistants, and intelligent automation solutions.

The candidate should be comfortable operating in evolving environments where discovery, experimentation, and iterative delivery are key. Exposure to technologies such as LangChain, FastAPI, Python, Databricks, and AWS will be valuable in understanding the delivery context and collaborating effectively with the technical team.

Key Roles & Responsibilities :

- Work with business stakeholders, product teams, and AI engineering teams to gather, analyze, and document requirements for Agentic AI solutions and business-driven intelligent workflows.
- Support teams building agentic workflows on the Databricks platform by translating business requirements into structured functional requirements, user journeys, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
- Translate business problems into clear business requirements, functional requirements, use cases, user stories, and workflow definitions for AI-driven solutions.
- Support discovery and requirement definition for AI use cases such as knowledge assistants, workflow automation, conversational systems, retrieval-driven applications, and decision-support solutions.
- Collaborate with technical teams to clarify scope, dependencies, APIs, data needs, orchestration logic, user journeys,



and system interactions for AI-driven applications.
- Define and document business rules, workflow logic, success criteria, user intents, exception scenarios, and operational expectations for AI solutions.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops, interviews, requirement playback sessions, and prioritization discussions across business and technical teams.
- Partner with AI engineers and platform teams to validate feasibility of requirements against Databricks-based agentic solution capabilities.
- Help define evaluation criteria for AI use cases, including user experience expectations, process outcomes, quality measures, and business impact.
- Work with cross-functional teams to support backlog refinement, sprint planning, UAT preparation, release readiness, and change requests.
- Create and maintain transparent project artifacts including BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process maps, requirement traceability matrices, and functional documentation.
- Support UAT and business validation by ensuring delivered AI capabilities align with defined requirements and intended business outcomes.
- Assist in identifying gaps, risks, dependencies, and change impacts in AI solution delivery.
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to improve understanding, alignment, and adoption of AI solutions.

Required Skills :

- 6-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst in technology-driven delivery environments.
- Strong experience in requirement gathering, business process analysis, use case modeling, and functional documentation.




- Experience working with Agile / Scrum teams and tools such as Jira / Confluence.
- Strong stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, interviewing, and communication skills.
- Ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders in fast-evolving delivery environments.
- Experience creating user stories, acceptance criteria, workflows, process diagrams, BRDs, FRDs, and requirement traceability artifacts.
- Good understanding of API-driven systems, backend workflows, and system integration concepts.
- Ability to understand technical delivery contexts and collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
- Exposure to AI / ML / Generative AI use cases and an understanding of how AI-enabled workflows are defined and operationalized.
- Understanding of concepts such as LLMs, RAG, intelligent agents, orchestration flows, knowledge retrieval, and conversational workflows.
- Basic familiarity with technical stacks such as Python, FastAPI, LangChain, or similar AI application frameworks.
- Working knowledge of Databricks platform in the context of AI, data, or workflow-driven solution delivery.
- Exposure to cloud and data platform ecosystems such as AWS and Databricks.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and documentation discipline.

Good to Have Skills :

- Experience working on Agentic AI, Generative AI, or LLM-based product / delivery teams.
- Familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, orchestration workflows, or AI assistant use cases.
- Understanding of prompt workflows, retrieval-based systems, vector search, and AI evaluation approaches.
- Experience with AWS-based application or AI delivery environments.
- Knowledge of Databricks-native workflow, notebook, or data application environments.
- Exposure to regulated or enterprise domains where traceability, governance, and controlled rollout are important.
