Through REDS (Rubenius Experiential Design System), we are building a future-ready practice focused on experiential, interactive, and techno-integrated environments—where global thinking meets grounded, real-world delivery.

Why Now & Role Overview

As we scale Rubenius Interior Wellbeing and establish REDS as a serious experiential and techno-design practice, we are seeking an Art Director to anchor visual clarity, narrative coherence, and design excellence across the organisation.

This is a foundational leadership role, not a support function. The Art Director will operate at the intersection of design thinking, storytelling, technology, and execution, ensuring that what we think, design, and deliver all speak the same language—internally and externally.

What You’ll OwnInternal Communication & Thinking Systems (Group-Level)

- Own and design internal communication systems across Rubenius and REDS
- Translate strategy, vision, and complex ideas into transparent visual narratives
- Design leadership decks, internal reviews, training material, onboarding content, and internal campaigns
- Bring clarity, alignment, and confidence to teams through structured, intentional design




- Ensure that design excellence begins inside the organisation—not just in client-facing work

Experiential & Interactive Project Art Direction

- Art-direct experiential environments including:
- Interactive artwork
- Spatial branding
- Digital–physical storytelling installations
- Develop concepts that integrate space, content, interaction, and emotion
- Ensure ideas are execution-ready, scalable, and aligned with project constraints and realities
- Maintain narrative and visual coherence from concept through delivery

Design × Technology Integration

- Collaborate closely with technology teams (AV, interactive, digital, software)
- Translate creative intent into clear, actionable inputs for technical execution
- Bridge the gap between concept design and on-ground delivery
- Support client presentations where design and technology converge

Digital Art Team Leadership

- Lead, mentor, and grow a digital art team (graphic, motion, and visual designers)
- Establish design standards, workflows, and quality benchmarks
- Review output, guide improvements, and maintain calm, high-performance delivery
- Act as a creative multiplier—raising the quality and thinking of the entire team

Narrative & Global Representation

- Maintain visual and narrative consistency across:
- Internal communication
- Client presentations
- Experiential projects
- Award submissions and global PR
- Support positioning of Rubenius and REDS on international platforms through strong storytelling, visuals, and presentation quality

Who We’re Looking For

- 7–12 years of experience as an Art Director, Design Lead, or Senior Visual Designer
- Prior experience across:
- Internal communication design
- Experiential, spatial, or interactive projects
- Collaboration with technology and execution teams
- Background in architecture, interiors, branding, experience design, or digital studios is strongly preferred

Strong, practical capability in:

- Visual storytelling and concept development
- Presentation and narrative design
- Systems thinking and design consistency
- Leading, mentoring, and elevating creative teams

Location: Bangalore Experience: 8-10 Years

Salary: ₹12-15 LPA

Working Days : Mon to Sat

Office Time : 9.30am to 6.30pm

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
