We are looking for a visionary Art Director to lead the creative direction of our park brands through in-park communication design, outdoor media, and digital platforms. This role requires a visual thinker with positive aesthetic sense and experience in creation of brand identities. The right person will ensure a consistent and impactful brand presence across all touchpoints, while bringing a creative flair to all communication.

Key Responsibilities

● Lead and define the visual identity and creative direction of various park brands.

● Conceptualize and design billboards, outdoor advertising, park assets, signage, wayfinding systems, digital ads and social media creatives.

● Develop innovative visual storytelling concepts for parks, attractions, events, and brand activations.

● Collaborate closely with marketing, operations and production teams to facilitate creation and printing/publishing of ads.

● Work with other designers, photographers, and video editors to ensure consistency in brand communications across print, environmental, experiential, and digital platforms.

● Review and approve creative outputs, maintaining exceptional standards of design quality and innovation.

● Stay informed about emerging design trends,



technologies, and best practices in experiential and brand communication.

Requirements

● Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related discipline.

● 6+ years of professional experience in art direction, branding, advertising (online and offline), or visual communication.

● Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in outdoor campaigns, environmental graphics, branding, and digital communication.

● Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

● Experience working with large-format graphics, fabrication vendors, and production processes is a MUST.

● Strong teamwork, communication and project management skills.

● Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
