Roles & Responsibilities

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth in the assigned territory.

- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

- Identify, appoint, and manage distributors and channel partners to drive business growth.

- Expand the distribution network by increasing the number of retailers and channel partners.

- Conduct regular field visits to retailers, distributors, and dealers to strengthen business relationships.

- Monitor and supervise frontline sales activities to ensure effective market coverage.

- Manage both primary sales (company to distributor) and secondary sales (distributor to retailer).

- Build strong customer relationships and gather market feedback to improve business performance.

- Identify new business opportunities and expand into untapped markets.

- Generate orders, collect payments, and acquire recent retail outlets for water heaters and water purifiers.

- Track competitor activities, pricing,



and promotional campaigns, and report findings to the reporting manager.

- Ensure implementation of company policies, schemes, and promotional activities across the assigned territory.

- Prepare daily sales reports and provide regular updates on market performance.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in Field Sales, Channel Sales, FMCG, Consumer Durables, Electricals, Home Appliances, or Building Materials.

- Strong experience in distributor and retailer management.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

- Graduate in any discipline.

- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

- Valid driving license and own two-wheeler (if applicable).Role & responsibilities
