About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented professional to drive business growth for our MEP solutions business. The ideal candidate should have solid relationship-building skills and experience in handling project sales across corporate, commercial, hospitality, industrial, healthcare, residential, and government sectors. The role requires close coordination with architects, consultants, PMCs, contractors, and end clients to identify opportunities and convert them into successful projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain relationships with developers, EPC contractors, MEP consultants, architects, PMCs, and key customers to generate new business opportunities

- Identify upcoming projects and work closely with consultants and design teams to ensure our solutions are considered and specified during the design stage

- Engage with all key stakeholders involved in a project, including consultants, contractors, facility teams, and decision-makers, to drive business opportunities

- Promote and sell integrated MEP solutions covering HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, ELV, BMS,



and Smart Building Systems

- Work with the internal design and estimation teams to prepare techno-commercial proposals and provide complete project solutions to customers

- Support tendering activities and participate in technical and commercial discussions with clients and consultants

- Build long-term relationships with customers by providing value-driven solutions and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle

- Achieve business targets through effective account management, regular customer interactions, and continuous market development
