Area Sales Manager – Retail Operations Company: Liverpool Clothing Base Location: Ahmedabad About the RoleLiverpool Clothing is looking for a dynamic and performance-driven Area Sales Manager to oversee multiple retail stores and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, improving store profitability, ensuring operational excellence, and leading Store Managers to deliver outstanding customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities Manage and supervise multiple retail stores within the assigned territory. Drive achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Monitor store-wise KPIs including sales, conversion, ATV, UPT, and productivity.

Coach, mentor, and develop Store Managers and their teams to improve performance. Conduct regular store visits to ensure operational excellence and compliance with company SOPs. Review daily sales reports and implement action plans to improve business performance.

Ensure proper inventory management, stock replenishment, and shrinkage control. Monitor visual merchandising standards across all stores. Recruit, train, and evaluate Store Managers and key retail staff.

Ensure timely implementation of promotions, marketing campaigns, and seasonal launches. Resolve customer escalations and maintain high customer satisfaction levels. Coordinate with warehouse,



merchandising, HR, and accounts for smooth business operations.

Maintain discipline, attendance, grooming, and operational standards across all stores. Prepare periodic business reviews and present performance reports to management.

Candidate

RequirementsGraduate in any discipline. Minimum 4–8 years of experience in retail sales, with at least 2 years as an Area Sales Manager or a similar multi-store leadership role.

Experience in Apparel, Fashion, Footwear, Lifestyle, or Retail industry is preferred. Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills. Excellent communication, team management, and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and retail MIS reporting. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
