Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

- Promote company products to Doctors, Clinics, Hospitals and Chemists.
- Generate prescriptions and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Develop and grow business within the assigned district.
- Increase doctor coverage and prescription generation consistently.
- Ensure product availability at stockist and retailer levels.

Territory Management
- Independently manage the assigned district.
- Create and maintain a detailed doctor database.
- Identify new business opportunities and high-potential doctors.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence.

Relationship Management
- Build strong qualified relationships with doctors and healthcare professionals.
- Conduct product detailing and scientific discussions.
- Ensure regular follow-up with key prescribers.

Reporting & Compliance
- Submit daily activity reports on time.




- Maintain accurate records of doctor visits and market feedback.
- Support collection activities wherever required.
- Follow company policies and reporting processes.

Desired Candidate ProfileMandatory ✔ 3–5 years experience as Medical Representative

✔ Good network with Doctors and Chemists in the assigned district

✔ Ability to work independently

✔ Strong communication and presentation skills

✔ Ability to achieve and exceed targets

✔ Two-wheeler and valid driving license

Performance Expectations The selected candidate should be capable of:

- Managing an entire district independently.
- Developing 20–30 active prescribing doctors.
- Generating minimum ₹5–7 lakh monthly business initially.
- Supporting consistent growth in the assigned territory.
- Contributing towards district-level sales planning and execution.

Pay: ₹10,007.25 - ₹40,000.00 per month
