Hiring | Area Sales Manager (ASM) / Regional Sales Manager (RSM)
Location: Ahmedabad
Salary: 4.20 8.40 LPA
Experience: 5–10 Years
Key Responsibilities
- Drive primary & secondary sales.
- Develop and manage dealer/distributor network.
- Generate business through Architects, Interior Designers & OEMs.
- Lead and motivate the sales team.
- Achieve sales targets and expand market presence.
- Build strong customer relationships and travel across India as required.
Preferred Background
- Graduate/MBA (Marketing preferred).
- Experience in Plywood, Laminates, Acrylic Sheets, Hardware, Paints, Tiles, Adhesives, or Building Materials.
- Solid channel sales and team management experience.
