- Directly engage and sell generic pharmaceutical products to doctors for in-clinic dispensing
- Build, retain, and expand a robust network of doctor relationships across the territory
- Generate referral business by leveraging established doctor connections
- (ASM only) Supervise, train, and drive performance of the regional MR team
- (ASM only) Manage and oversee the territory's billing/distribution model
Desired Candidate Profile
- Based in and thoroughly familiar with the Tricity market
- Minimum 3 years' stability with last/current organisation — job hoppers please excuse*
- Demonstrated success in direct pharma sales, ideally within the generic segment
- Existing, active network of doctors — not looking to build one from scratch
- Confident, consultative sales approach with strong closing ability
- ASM must have working knowledge of the billing model
- Graduate
