The ideal candidate will be responsible for building our sales and marketing strategy, sales forecasting reports, and sales pipeline. He/she should drive sales of biotech products/services across Biotech/pharma, CROs, research institutes, and academic labs.

Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory

Manage key accounts and build long-term client relationships

Deliver solution-based technical sales in coordination with internal teams

Generate and convert leads through field visits, networking, and industry events

Handle distributor/channel management to improve market reach

Track market trends, competitors, and customer requirements

Maintain sales pipeline, forecasting, and CRM reporting

Represent the company at conferences and seminars





Ensure timely collections and payment follow-ups Qualifications

Master's Degree or equivalent experience

Experience in biotech/life sciences sales

Robust communication and negotiation skills
