Job Summary The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding market presence, managing distributor networks, and leading the sales team within the assigned territory. The role requires achieving primary and secondary sales targets, improving market coverage, ensuring excellent distributor management, and implementing company sales strategies to maximize business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share.

- Appoint, manage, and motivate distributors in the assigned territory.

- Monitor distributor ROI, stock availability, and order fulfillment.

- Lead, coach, and monitor Sales Officers, Sales Representatives, and Promoters.

- Ensure effective beat planning and market coverage.

- Increase retail outlet penetration and improve outlet productivity.





- Monitor secondary sales, primary sales, and collections.

- Identify new business opportunities and appoint recent distributors where required.

- Ensure visibility and availability of company products across all outlets.

- Conduct regular market visits with the sales team and provide on-field coaching.

- Track competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and MIS.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and reporting systems.

- Coordinate with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams for smooth operations.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
