- Minimum 5 years of overall experience in insurance sales
- At least 2 years of experience leading and managing field sales teams
- Mandatory proficiency in Hindi and Rajasthani (spoken)
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of field sales executives
- Drive team performance to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets
- Conduct regular coaching sessions, training programs, and performance reviews
- Oversee field sales operations to ensure effective implementation of sales strategies
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication
- Identify current business opportunities and expand market presence across Udaipur and nearby regions
- Ensure strong market penetration and business development within the assigned territory
Desired Candidate Profile
- Results-driven leader with strong people management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- Fluent in Hindi with a strong understanding of the Rajasthan market (knowledge of Rajasthani is preferred)
- Comfortable working in a target-driven, field-based sales environment
- Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory
