The ideal candidate should have a strong background in insurance sales, proven leadership experience in managing field sales teams, and the ability to consistently drive business growth through effective team management and strategic execution.

Key Responsibilities - Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Field Sales Executives to achieve business objectives.

- Drive sales performance by ensuring the team consistently meets and exceeds assigned business targets.
- Conduct regular coaching sessions, training programmes, and performance reviews to enhance team productivity.
- Oversee day-to-day field sales operations and ensure effective implementation of sales strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, channel partners, and key stakeholders.
- Monitor sales performance, identify improvement opportunities, and implement corrective action plans.
- Ensure compliance with organisational policies, operational processes, and regulatory guidelines.




- Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities within the territory.

Eligibility

Criteria - Graduate in any discipline from a recognised institution.

- Minimum 5 years of overall experience in Insurance Sales.
- Minimum 2 years of experience leading and managing field sales teams.
- Proficiency in Malayalam (spoken and written) is mandatory.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of the Thiruvananthapuram and surrounding Kerala market.
- Willingness to work in a target-driven, field-based sales environment.
