Job Purpose

Responsible for Auto Loans compliance. Trigger based sampling of Auto Loan payments. Compliance awareness of Auto Loans partners. Coordination with respective businesses for observation validation and closure.

Repo to Sale end to end central compliance audit, observation sharing and closure. Duties and Responsibilities

1.Trigger based sampling :Trigger based sampling of Auto Loans payments.Ensuring timely validation of observations by business teams with necessary coordination to ensure timely and effective closure. Ensure timely actioning as per staircase.Monthly tracking of location, partner and yard coverage,



with business validation with closure.2.Developing and publishing of dashboards: Publishing daily and monthly/trend-based dashboards with respect to Auto Loans compliance areas.Monthly audit PPT preparation covering coverage of the activity and key highlights.3.Partner Compliance: Agency/Partner Score CardPartner COC awareness creation.Partner audit Exotel call monitoring.4.Process Compliance SettlementPre-repossessionRepossessionStock yard management auditSaleAllocation and payout5.Auto Loans Escalation Investigation:Employee/Customer/partner escalation investigation and closure.
