Job Category Architechtural Job Type Full Time Job Location Trichy Experience 2 years Job Id CONJOB049 JOB SUMMARY We are seeking an Arch BIM Modeler with 2 years of experience to deliver high-quality data-rich BIM models for architectural projects ensuring compliance with international standards and excellence in design coordination KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and manage detailed architectural BIM models aligned with project requirements Participate in Internal coordination meetings and design reviews Produce review and coordinate comprehensive construction documentation Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams for model coordination and clash detection Develop parametric families annotations schedules and taps Conduct regular model audits version control and quality assurance checks Oversee and mentor junior team members in modelling standards and output quality Implement process improvements and maintain BIM library content Resolve complex modelling and coordination challenges including Scan-to-BIM and as-built modelling Maintain level of development LOD as per project phase SKILLS REQUIRED Advanced proficiency in Revit AutoCAD Navisworks and SketchUp Experience with scan-to-BIM point cloud conversion and as-built models Robust visualization and rendering skills using VRay Photoshop and Lumion Thorough understanding of architectural detailing documentation and ISO 19650 workflows and architectural standards Excellent communication interdisciplinary coordination and team collaboration skills EDUCATION EXPERIENCE Diploma or Bachelor s degree in Civil PREFERRED UK USA GULF Based Project Experience
