- We are looking for a talented and experienced Architect with expertise in residential and commercial projects.

- The ideal candidate should possess robust design capabilities, technical knowledge of Mumbai development regulations, and experience in coordinating projects from concept through execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare architectural concepts, layouts, and detailed working drawings.

- Develop design proposals, presentations, and project documentation.

- Ensure compliance with Mumbai DCPR, MCGM, SRA, and statutory regulations.

- Coordinate with structural, MEP, and project execution teams.

- Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and resolve design issues.

- Assist in obtaining approvals from relevant authorities.

- Review drawings and BOQs for accuracy and project feasibility.

- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors throughout the project lifecycle.

- Ensure timely project delivery while maintaining quality standards
