ob Title: Junior Architect Company: The Design Loft Location: Hyderabad Experience: 1–2 Years Employment Type: Full time About the Role The Design Loft is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Architect to join our team. This is an execution-focused role involving coordination between clients, designers, vendors, and site teams to ensure smooth and timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities •⁠ ⁠Coordinate and monitor interior execution projects from start to finish. •⁠ ⁠Visit project sites regularly to supervise work quality, progress, and adherence to drawings. •⁠ ⁠Act as a point of contact for clients during the execution phase and provide regular project updates. •⁠ ⁠Coordinate with designers, site supervisors, contractors, and vendors to resolve site-related issues. •⁠ ⁠Ensure that execution is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.



•⁠ ⁠Conduct site measurements and verify dimensions whenever required. •⁠ ⁠Identify and resolve execution challenges with practical, on-site solutions. •⁠ ⁠Track project timelines and help ensure timely completion. •⁠ ⁠Prepare site reports and maintain proper project documentation.

Requirements •⁠ ⁠Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch). •⁠ ⁠1–2 years of experience in architecture or interior execution. •⁠ ⁠Good understanding of interior construction and materials. •⁠ ⁠Strong communication and client-handling skills. •⁠ ⁠Ability to manage multiple site activities simultaneously. •⁠ ⁠Proficiency in AutoCAD. Knowledge of SketchUp and MS Office is an advantage. •⁠ ⁠Willingness to travel to project sites across Hyderabad as required.
