- Prepare architectural drawings, layouts, and detailed construction plans.
- Develop conceptual designs in line with client requirements and project objectives.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, and interior design teams for seamless project execution.
- Ensure compliance with local building by-laws, safety standards, and statutory regulations.
- Prepare project documentation, BOQs, and technical reports as required.
