DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Assist Project Manager in setting and meeting quality of design and technical standards.

- Maintain Revit / AutoCAD efficiency.
- Ability to produce floor plans, wall partition plans, reflected ceiling plans (RCP), elevations, millwork drawings, and construction documents.
- Experience in setting up drawing standards and ensuring consistency across deliverables, in Revit.
- Proven track record of handling projects from concept to completion,



including design development and construction documentation. QUALITIES • Good judgment and reasoning ability, enabling problem solving with the constant shifting of priorities and daily tasks.
- Self-motivated personality to take on projects and assignments.
- Ability to manage time, deadline oriented, and takes initiative (self-starter).
- Keen observation and detail-orientation skills • Strong organizational skills and disciplined accuracy are required.
