Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Architect / Interior Architect to work on residential, commercial and hospitality projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare architectural and interior drawings, plans, elevations, sections and working drawings.
- Develop design concepts, space plans and furniture layouts.
- Create 2D drawings, 3D models, renderings and presentations.
- Assist with material selection, technical detailing and site coordination.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, vendors and project teams.
- Prepare shop drawings and as-built documentation.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory.
- Knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, Enscape or V-Ray.
- Familiarity with Photoshop, Illustrator or InDesign.
- Good understanding of construction materials and interior detailing.
- Solid creativity, communication and attention to detail.
