Founded by Principal Architect and Urban Planner Sumit Tripathi, the firm works with associated professional consultants to deliver integrated design solutions. Core expertise includes Architecture, Urban Planning, Master Planning, Site Planning, Engineering, and Interior Design.

The company has expanded its services to encompass Project Planning and Development Studies as well as Environmental Design. Team members collaborate across disciplines to shape functional, sustainable, and aesthetically driven built environments.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Architect role based in New Delhi. The Architect will develop architectural concepts, prepare drawings and 3D models, and refine designs from schematic to detailed design stages. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams and external consultants, ensuring design compliance with local regulations, overseeing integration of structural and services inputs, and supporting project documentation.

The role involves participating in client meetings, preparing presentations, and supporting tender and construction documentation. The Architect will also assist with site reviews, design revisions,



and project coordination to ensure quality, timelines, and alignment with project objectives.

Qualifications

Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to translate requirements into functional, sustainable, and aesthetic solutions.

Experience with Software Development and Integration in the context of architectural workflows, such as BIM tools, design software, and team-oriented platforms.

Demonstrated Project Management skills, including planning, coordination with consultants and contractors, and tracking design deliverables.

Proficiency in relevant design and visualization software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit/BIM, SketchUp, Rhino, or similar) and familiarity with building codes and regulations.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution; professional registration or progress toward licensure is an advantage.

Ability to work on-site in New Delhi, collaborate in multi-disciplinary teams, communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders, and manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Experience in urban, master, or site planning projects, and interest in environmental and sustainable design will be beneficial.
