Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified and detail-oriented Architect with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in BPMS (Building Plan Management System) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have practical experience in preparing, scrutinizing, and processing building plans through BPMS portals while ensuring compliance with applicable Development Control Regulations (DCR/UDCPR) and local authority requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and submit building plans through the BPMS portal.
- Coordinate with municipal authorities and government departments for plan approvals.
- Ensure drawings comply with UDCPR, DCPR, NBC, and local building regulations.
- Prepare architectural drawings, layout plans, sanction drawings, and working drawings.
- Coordinate with consultants, structural engineers, MEP consultants, and project teams.
- Review and modify drawings based on authority observations and approval requirements.
- Track approval status and maintain documentation related to BPMS submissions.
- Assist in obtaining Commencement Certificates (CC), Occupancy Certificates (OC), and other statutory approvals.
- Conduct site visits whenever required to verify project execution against approved plans.
- Maintain records of approvals, revisions, and statutory documents.





Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with BPMS (Building Plan Management System).
- Solid knowledge of UDCPR/DCR, NBC, and municipal approval procedures.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Working knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, and MS Office.
- Understanding of real estate development and statutory approval processes.
- Good communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch.) from a recognized university.
- Registration with the Council of Architecture (COA) will be preferred.

Experience
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in BPMS, building plan approvals, or architectural approvals within the Real Estate or Infrastructure industry.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience working with municipal corporations or planning authorities.
- Familiarity with approval processes for residential and commercial developments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.

Location: Panvel, Navi Mumbai Salary: Best in the industry, based on experience and interview performance.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
