Job Title: Architect

Qualification:

- B.Arch / D.Arch (Mandatory)

Experience:

- 2–4 Years

Salary:

- ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month (Based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare architectural designs from concept to detailed working drawings.

- Develop 3D visualizations for small and large-scale real estate projects.

- Ensure design detailing and coordination with project teams.

- Prepare drawings for statutory approvals.

- Coordinate with consultants and site teams during project execution.

Required Skills:

- Strong design and detailing skills.

- Expertise in 3D visualization and rendering.

- Experience in real estate development projects.

- Knowledge of Vastu principles.





- Sound understanding of CMDA, RERA, and DTCP regulations.

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion/3ds Max/Revit or similar architectural software.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Creative, detail-oriented, and capable of handling projects independently.

- Good communication and coordination skills.

- Experience in residential and commercial real estate projects is preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
