Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) with experience in architectural planning.

3–8 years of experience in residential, commercial, or high-rise building projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare architectural layouts, working drawings, and detailed construction drawings.
- Develop concept designs, floor plans, elevations, sections, and 3D views.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, and interior consultants for project execution.
- Review BOQs, material specifications, and technical documents.
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with approved drawings.
- Resolve design-related issues during project execution.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, vendors, and project stakeholders.
- Verify measurements and approve architectural work as per quality standards.
- Assist in project planning, budgeting, and scheduling.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation and progress reports.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
