Job Summary:-

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Architect with 0 to 3 years of professional experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently handling architectural drawings, coordinating with consultants, assisting in project execution, and ensuring that projects meet design, quality, and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:-

1. Prepare architectural concept drawings, working drawings, and detailed construction drawings.
2. Develop 2D drawings and 3D models using industry-standard software.
3. Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape, and interior consultants.
4. Prepare submission drawings and ensure compliance with local authority regulations.
5. Conduct site visits to monitor construction quality and ensure drawings are executed accurately.
6. Resolve on-site architectural and technical issues in coordination with contractors.
7. Prepare area statements, schedules, BOQs, and material specifications.
8. Assist in design development, material selection, and presentation preparation.
9. Coordinate with clients,



vendors, contractors, and project management teams.
10. Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks while maintaining quality standards.
11. Maintain project documentation and drawing revisions.

Required Skills:-

- Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory).
- Good working knowledge of SketchUp and rendering software such as Lumion, Enscape, or V-Ray
- Knowledge of Revit/BIM will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Understanding of building bye-laws, UDCPR.
- Robust planning, coordination, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
