Job Title: AR Caller Denial Management

We are looking for experienced AR Callers Denial Management to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Denial Management and a robust understanding of the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) process.

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum 1 year of experience in AR Calling Denial Management.

Strong knowledge of denial management processes, claim follow-up, and insurance payment methodologies.

Good understanding of the end-to-end AR process and denial resolution.

Excellent verbal communication and analytical skills.

Previous employment gap should not exceed 6 months.

Must be an immediate joiner or available to join at the earliest.

Should be comfortable working in night shifts.

Key Responsibilities





Follow up with insurance companies on denied or unpaid claims.

Analyze denials, identify root causes, and take appropriate actions for resolution.

Ensure timely claim resolution and maximize collections.

Maintain accurate documentation of call outcomes and claim status.

Meet daily productivity and quality targets while adhering to process guidelines.
