Job Summary:
The Aptitude Trainer will support students’ quantitative and analytical skill development, preparing them for industry-level aptitude and assessment processes. The role contributes directly to emphasize on student employability, skill enhancement, and career preparedness.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct systematic training in Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, and Data Interpretation, aligned with industry recruitment assessments.
Prepare students for online, CRM-based, and technology-enabled assessment platforms commonly used by employers.
Design and administer practice tests, mock assessments, and timed evaluation exercises.
Provide continuous query resolution, mentoring, and academic support to students.
Analyze student performance trends and offer constructive feedback to improve problem-solving ability, speed, and accuracy.
Support placement-oriented initiatives by aligning aptitude training with evolving employer expectations and assessment patterns.
Encourage analytical thinking,
structured problem-solving, and exam temperament among students.
Qualifications & Experience:
Strong conceptual and practical expertise in Quants, Reasoning, and Data Interpretation.
Experience with online testing platforms and CRM-based assessment tools.
Ability to simplify complex concepts and train students from diverse academic backgrounds.
Student-focused approach with robust mentoring and communication abilities.
Prior experience in aptitude training, competitive exam preparation, or placement training is preferred.
Master’s Degree in Management, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Psychology, Education, or related discipline. (preferred)
Certification or formal training in Aptitude Training / Quantitative Ability / Logical Reasoning / Competitive Exam Coaching (CAT, GMAT, GRE, Banking, etc.). (preferred)
