Key Responsibilities
- Assist in receipt, storage, and issuance of raw materials, packing materials, and finished goods.
- Maintain inventory records in SAP/ERP and Excel.
- Support GRN, material reconciliation, and stock verification.
- Ensure proper material identification and FIFO/FEFO compliance.
- Maintain store documentation as per GMP and GDP guidelines.
- Coordinate with Production, QA, QC, and Purchase departments.
- Participate in cycle counting and annual inventory audits.
- Follow EHS and safety procedures within the warehouse.
Skills Required
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
- Willingness to learn SAP/ERP systems.
- Attention to detail and a positive attitude.
