Inaara NeoFoods is building India’s first farm-to-formulation platform for plant derived functional nutrients for everyday food by partnering with F&B; companies to develop scalable, clean-label and commercially viable food solutions. Qualifications & Competencies:

- Subject matter expertise in flour and milling with multicategory product experience
- 3+ years developing flour-based products with a flour mill, bakery or food manufacturer
- Solid grasp of flour functionality across wheat and non-wheat systems
- Understanding hydration, dough, batter rheology,



and how pulse flours behave differently
- Hands-on formulation and troubleshooting experience
- Ability to write clear technical reports and application protocols
- Experience incorporating plant proteins, starches or dietary fibers into flour systems
- Working knowledge of FSSAI labelling and nutrition claim requirements
- Familiarity with texture analysis or dough rheology equipment

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop fortified flour systems & formulations across atta, besan, multigrain and specialty blends
- Run sensory evaluations and manage the effect of fortification on taste, texture and appearance
- Evaluate dough and finished product performance — water absorption, dough handling, machinability, cooking and baking performance, texture and shelf life
- Plan and run structured bench and pilot trials with proper controls and replication
- Support customer plant trials with flour mills, bakeries and food manufacturers through scale-up
- Build the applications library — formulations, usage guidelines and processing conditions
