Analyze business requirements, functional specifications, and user needs to understand application objectives and prepare test strategies.

- Coordinate with stakeholders, developers, and project teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.

- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), User Stories, Use Cases, and process workflows.

- Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts based on functional and business requirements.

- Perform different types of testing including Functional Testing, Regression Testing, Integration Testing, System Testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Performance Testing.

- Identify, document, track, and manage defects using tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, Bugzilla, or equivalent platforms.

- Validate application functionality, data accuracy, workflows, integrations, and user interfaces across web and mobile applications.





- Conduct requirement analysis and provide recommendations for improving application usability, efficiency, and business processes.

- Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot issues, verify fixes, and ensure timely resolution of defects.

- Prepare test reports, defect reports, UAT reports, and project status updates for stakeholders.

- Support deployment activities, release validation, and post-production application monitoring.

- Conduct user training, prepare user manuals, and provide functional support to end users.

- Perform gap analysis between business requirements and existing system capabilities.
