Position: Application Support Engineer

- Job Shift: Night shift

- Experience: Minimum 1 year

- Education: BE/Btech/BCA/Bsc IT/MCA

- Job Location: -Navi Mumbai

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Provide Second level Technical Support to the clients in the USA.

- Troubleshoot application errors and provide resolution to clients.

- Troubleshoot issues/queries raised by operational teams related to application, find the root cause and provide findings to QC/Development.

- Manage issue resolution by providing solutions from a remote location or by accessing the users desktop.

- Record escalation from client and notify Development and QC team with detailed analysis.

- RCA documentation and Issue resolution documentation.

- Excellent communication skills, should be able to talk and text on chatbot with US clients.

- Having hands-on experience in C coding or macro coding is preferred.
